ICF Cambodia relies on international volunteers who are willing to learn from a different culture and bring their personal expertise to support and teach our local staff. Because it is important to us that all assignments for our new volunteers are successful and effective, we take our time to have a careful recruiting process and want to get to know them well. For all positions, a new volunteer has to fulfill the following requirements:
• Designated experience and expertise according to the job description
• At least 20 years old and in good health condition
• Advanced English skills
• Be able to ride a motorcycle
• Finance own living costs
• Be open-minded, flexible and willing to learn new things
